Product Description

The IS200DSPXH1BD is a Digital Signal Processor PCB created by General Electric as a part of the Innovation Series.

The IS200DSPXH1BD is also known by the acronym DSPX. It can control the motor and bridge regulators as well as all of the gate functions for the system. It has the ability to also control the field control applications on an EX2100 exciter module. The DSPX can process power, logic functions, and can interface with other PCBs. It has several memory elements that come standard. It has add-only memory, flash memory, RAM, and NVRAM that has the capability to store a wide-ranging array of information.

There are LED indicators that are on the faceplate of the IS200DSPXH1BD. These two LEDs are labeled “Status” and “Fault”. The DSPX also has a male 12-pin jack that is labeled EMUL and a jack with 16-pins that is labeled HS Serial Port. On the PCB portion of this card, there are many capacitors, diodes, and resistors. There are 16 integrated circuits, 7 network resistors, 3 transistors, 6 total ferrite beads, and a P-1 connector for a card slot.
