Product Description

The GE IGBT AP DB Snubber Board DS200IPCDG2ABA features one 4-pin connector and seven screws for adjusting the insulated bipolar transistor (IGBT). The adjustment screws are identified as C2E-1-A, C2E1-B C2E-2-A, C2E-2-B, C1-A, and C1-B.  When you are planning to replace the board, notice where the defective board is located inside the drive before you remove it because it is best practice to install it in the same space. The board is installed with four screws in the board rack structure that supports the boards and has screw holes for attaching the boards.  When you remove the defective board it is best practice to use two hands when you remove the screws. With one hand turn the screwdriver to remove the screws. Hold the screws when they are loose with the other. Make sure have all four screws and the washers in your hand and put them aside because you’ll need them to attach the replacement board.

If any of them fall into the drive, stop and locate them inside the drive. You might find that they have lodged in the motor on other components. It is important that you find all the parts that fall inside because loose parts might cause a fire or short circuit some components. They can also jamb moving parts that might damage parts inside the drive.
