The IS200IGEHG1A IGBT Passive Interface Board is used in GE Innovation Series Drives to passively interface with the IGBT gate terminals for the drives. The IS200IGEHG1A can be used in simplex or in triple redundant applications as necessary for the specific needs of the drive in which it is installed.
The IS200IGEHG1A is an IGBT Passive Interface Board that supplies the passive output stage interface parts needed at IGBT gate terminals for drives within the Innovation Series. It is used with dual IGBT modules and uses axial gating resistors sized as fuse elements. The board performs a normalizing function relative to the Phase Interface and Control Board (IS200PICH.)
