Product Description

Model IS200EDSLH2A is part of the EX2100e series. The EX2100e series was produced by General Electric Industrial Systems with enhanced technology in mind. When mounted there are two specific locations where the EDSL model can be used, the model can be used with a transfer control module or shunt contactor module. When operating this model the GEH-6784D EX2100e Excitation Control for Regulator Systems manual should be used as it has the most information on the EDSL besides the GEI-100773 part-specific manual which is difficult to find. 

The EDSL model is labeled as an Exciter Regulator Dual Selector and a circuit board. If the IS200EDSLH2A model is being used in a transfer control module it will operate as a 120 A regulator system with transfer diodes, an SCR module, and an ERSN (Exciter 120 1 Regulator Dual Selector Snubber) board. 

Before replacing or repairing the model and removing it from its location, the IS200EDSLH2A board must be de-energized, not de-energizing this board could result in extreme hazards and could potentially lead to death if proper precautions are not taken. The EX2100e system has the ability to be used in a brushless dual redundant regulator system, when used in this system the unit will be more cost-effective.
