Product Description

General Electric developed the 193X562ACG06 as a general purpose relay card. They manufactured it for the 193X board replacement series. This allows the card to be installed in a number of exciters and drives across the GE brand. Installing this general purpose relay card provides the drive with an additional six relay connections. Expanded relay space allows for additional external and peripheral devices to be attached to the drive.

The general purpose relay card include the six relays as well as the required circuitries for them. Each relay is comprised of two form C contact pairs. These pairs can be located on the board’s terminal strip. Relays also contain coils that include a nominal voltage rated at 115 VAC. When the coils have a current present, the LED indicator lights on board will activate. When sourcing power to the 193X562ACG06 board, it can accept 115 VAC with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The relay operating voltage of 48 VDC is produced with the on board rectifier bridge, capacitor, and dropping resistor.
