Product Description

The 193X703ACG04 is a Relay circuit board manufactured by GE for the Speed Variator Drive and other comparable drives.  The Speed Variator Drive comes standard with a DC motor, a power and control unit (usually a 360 or 460 VAC, three phase 60 Hz power input,) with a standard transformer.  The drives are often used for test stand systems, coordinated lines or for machine tool control.

The 193X703ACG04 is built with a wide front blue and silver front panel.  The panel is marked with the round GE logo, the board ID number, and with the board name. It has four round openings that are marked IL226 through IL229. These are populated by four wired in components marked 125 VAC.  

The 193X703ACG04 has four polyester vinyl capacitors located directly behind the front panel.  Three of these are mounted to the board vertically. The fourth is mounted horizontally. The board has eight carbon composite resistors.  Some are mounted vertically. Most of the board space is taken up by four large relays attached to the board in a clover pattern. Each relay is marked with a relay diagram.  The relay diagram explains the relay logic that controls the relay in pictograph form and allows the user to understand when the contact will be energized.
