Product Description

The 193X701CFG02 is a High-Performance Universal Amplifier board by General Electric.  This board is part of the Speed Variator Drive system from GE. This is a closed loop, adjustable speed, bidirectional, system with constant torque that has been designed for machine tool control, coordinated lines, and test stand systems.  The Speed Variator Drive system breaks down into three primary blocks, which includes a DC Motor, a power and control unit, and a transformer.

The 193X701CFG02 is designed with a front panel.  This panel has a curved handle connected to its bottom edge.  The panel is silver with a blue stripe along the top edge. Information like the board number and name as well as the GE logo are located in this stripe.   The front panel is connected to the PCB via two screw mounts supported by a metal bar.

The PCB of the 193X701CFG02 is amber colored.  It has a perpendicular mounted spur located behind the front panel.  This spur also carries a number of components, including potentiometers, carbon composite resistors, transistors, diodes,  and high-voltage ceramic capacitors. Many of these components are mounted to the spur vertically.
