The DC power supply and instrument panel DS200DCVAG2A is part of the Mark V series produced by General Electric.This board is primarily intended for turbine control systems that have full programmability.
The board features online maintenance, built-in diagnostics and a universal hardware platform, allowing the board to be used in steam and gas applications.The board's built-in diagnostics include background, power-on, and manually initiated diagnostic routines.All of the board's routines are capable of identifying sensor, output device, and control panel failures.
The DS200DCVAG2A board also has inputs and outputs designed for direct connection to the following generator and turbine equipment, some of which are thermocouples, servos and LVDT/Rs, and magnetic speed sensors.All contact inputs on this board are opto-isolated and will receive a timestamp within one millisecond of a state change within the system.
There is an internally powered output, also known as a solenoid output.There are several ungrounded thermocouple types on the DS200DCVAG2A board, each thermocouple has an RTD type, for example the K thermocouple is a 120Ω nickel RTD
